Sânmiclăuş - The Calvinist Church

The name of the village comes from the former name of the medieval church, St Nicholas. From the present church-hall with flat ceiling, only the buttresses and the polygonal altar screen create the impression of an edifice inherited from the Gothic period. The form of the present church is the result of many transformations made during the 18th and 19th centuries. The bell was made in 1913. (TSz).
