According to the tradition, the present-day church was built on the place of the former wooden church, in 1773. The edifice is remarkable for the baroque elements of the architecture. It has a semicircular apse and a square tower with three levels. On the each side of the tower semicircular windows are opened, the tower is growing narrower towards the upper level. The steeple of the tower with a bulb is specific to the baroque style. (DB).
